This document is the official Constitution and By-Laws of the International Committee on Composite Materials (ICCM), ratified on July 7, 1999 (version 2.7). It sets out the founding principles, objectives, and operational structure of ICCM — an international, non-profit, scientific and engineering organization dedicated to advancing the science, technology, and application of composite materials.
