Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

The International Committee on Composite Materials is committed to ethical publishing practices for the International Conference on Composite Materials (ICCM) as follows:

1. Editorial Responsibilities

  • The local organising committee and international scientific committee make decisions based on academic merit and ethical standards.

2. Author Responsibilities

  • Authors must submit original contributions (including for instance new methods, new results, new interpretations, new observations, new perspectives, literature reviews, market reviews or details of industrial practice), properly cite sources, and avoid plagiarism.

3. Reviewer Responsibilities

  • Reviewers must provide objective, confidential, and timely evaluations.
  • Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed.

4. Plagiarism and Research Misconduct

  • Proven cases of misconduct will result in rejection and retraction.

5. Data Availability and Transparency

  • Authors are encouraged to make underlying data available where possible.
  • ICCM supports open science and reproducibility.
